Twindo offers a tool that enables efficient scheduling of technicians’ tasks based on weather forecasts, simplifying project delivery through automation. We have observed that the app is not meeting users’ expectations because the flow of filling a report is inconsistent and the reports section is messy and confusing. We could improve Twindo by making it easier to fill and submit reports.
Our main goal is to simplify the report flow and make Twindo more user-friendly for technicians to focus entirely on their hard-work.The improvement of the UX will lead to users saving time after completing a long day of hard labour.
